Villas Baja is a Spanish style three story complex with 29 privately owned townhouse type condos. My unit #5 is on the ground level and is approximately 850 Square feet. There is a master suite with a king size bed and a sliding glass door to the outside patio. The bathroom is large with a walk-in tub/shower and plenty of dressing area in welcoming yellows and blues. From the entrance way a step-down into the brightly decorated living room beacons comfort and relaxation. In front of the hide-a-bed sofa is a large picture-window that has a full expanse of the manicured lawn and golf course. The condo has tile floors with accents of blue/peach and yellow. There are original oil paintings and local Mexican art throughout the condo. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious with a dishwasher and plenty of counter space. A large patio can be reached through the living room and bedroom. Villas Baja is centrally located. The beautiful beach is only a short walk and is uncrowded. Also within walking distance are several wonderful restaurants and a grocery store that carries just about everything. The condo has a quiet heated pool, a public BBQ area and soft-padded lounge chairs. The common area has numerous fountains surrounded by trailing bougainvilleas. At the end of the street is a hotel that has an outside cafe that serves meals. They will also deliver food to the condo upon request. |
